Cardinals are symbolic of wealth, power, enthusiasm, self knowledge, inner guidance and happiness.
This Original Cardinal painting has been woodburned and painted with watercolor paints on a canvas made of birch and pine and sealed with clear varnish.
The left and right sides of the canvas each have a cardinal feather image.
The top is the sound wave form of a female cardinal's song which I recorded from a cardinal in my yard who greets me every morning outside of my back door. I generated the recording of the bird's song into a waveform and burned the image onto the canvas.
The bottom is signed by me.
This can either hang on a wall or easily sit on a shelf or mantel. Collect them all while they last! I have only made one of each from this collection.
